Jaix Logistics is a fully GS1 (EAN International) compliant warehouse management system supporting full SSCC track and trace from entry to delivery.

Labels produced by the system have been verified and approved by GS1 and are distribution centre approved. The system utilises advanced shelf life / batch management and receiver requirements with FIFO principals.

It is fully integrated with long range bar code scanning units that communicate live to the server with RF technology. This allows for 100% accuracy with put away and order picking.

Jaix Logistics has its own EDI capable of importing ASN (Advanced Stock Notifications) and Orders from your customers, as well as returning acknowledgments, pick confirmations and inventory reconciliations. Time slot management reports ensure all orders are delivered on time.

Stocktaking with the RF bar code readers allows for regular cycle counts resulting in accurate stock levels. The advanced location management within the system records every pallet in its unique bar-coded location meaning effortless tracking of items within the warehouse. Jaix Logistics provides warehouses with the means to keep track of all storage and freight details from a main desktop.

This enables warehouse managers to control and report on elements such as product expiry dates, shelf life requirements, back orders and product tracking. The application also makes extensive use of Radio Frequency stock picking devices, which improves the accuracy, speed and payback period for the software.

With adherence to the international EAN standards, JAIX Logistics can track a product from production to the end user at carton or shipper level.

The solution’s Radio Frequency (RF) interface controls handheld RF devices that automate stock management. This enables 100 per cent accuracy and quicker picking and put-away. It eliminates margin for error by enforcing the disciplines of stock management that remove discretionary packer choice.

Automatic incoming stock location allocation provides for fast put away in logical positions. Reservation of stock by order and back order management ensures the receivers’ are supplied using first in—first out principles.
