Document Management Features

Freightnotes

• Scan Attachments such as Pallet Dehire record with the freightnote and retrieve via access to Jaix FREIGHT freightnote record.
• Report Exceptions (freightnotes not invoiced or not charged ) to manage potentially lost revenue.
• Bar Coded freightnotes are not necessarily required
• Setup templates for frequently used carrier paperwork other than your own.
• Scan customer rates and acceptances.

Manifests

• Manifests printed with bar codes will be automatically recognised. Scan with attachments such as Fatigue Documents and retrieve via access to Jaix FREIGHT manifest record.

Run Sheets

• Run Sheets printed with bar codes via Jaix FREIGHT will automatically be recognised.

System Generated Documents

• Automated filing - a unique bar code is printed on all system documents containing the account name and document type. Jaix SCANLINK PLUS reads the bar code to file the images logically.

Security

• Secure control for sensitive documents by setting access levels at point of setup of document type

General Documents

• Non system generated documents are easily “filed” using the processing grid
• Add references (eg Creditor invoice numbers) as required

Day to Day Use - Retrieval

• Select module, account, document type to retrieve
• Enter date range to limit selection of images
• Click thumbnails to view
• Zoom Control
• Print or email (add text) as required
• Search capability

Data Volume Management

• Set network paths by document type for easy management and archiving of large volumes of image data
